Company
History
Deimling/jeliho
Plastics predecessor, Deimling Mold, was founded in 1976
by Bill Deimling, a seasoned injection mold maker. Bill brought
many innovative and unique ideas to the mold making industry,
and his rapidly growing company became a respected regional manufacturer
of high quality molds.
At the
request of several mold customers, Deimling moved into injection
molding. The injection molding side paralleled the mold making
business, specializing in complex and difficult to mold parts
for industrial manufacturers.
Throughout
80’s and 90’s, the company continued to build on it’s
strength in core markets including fluid handling and fluid proportioning,
while adding new customers in new markets.
In 1995,
Deimling/jeliho constructed a greenfield facility in Amelia, Ohio,
an eastern suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. The new building allowed
Deimling to add new molding machines and expand further into assembly
and decoration.
Since
moving to the Amelia site, Deimling/jeliho has expanded twice,
the latest in 2005, and is now serving customers in multiple markets
including: institutional and barware, food service, hand care,
sporting goods, petroleum dispensing, chemical proportioning,
building products, electrical connectors, plumbing, healthcare
packaging, point-of-purchase/display, consumer products and agriculture.
Mr. Deimling
and his family remain actively involved in the business, supported
by an experienced, plastics savvy, management team.
